Local Pickup Policy

We are happy to offer local pickup for customers.

Pickup Details

* Local pickup is available only for customers when selected at checkout. Your pickup location will be provided after your order has been placed and confirmed.

* Once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification, you may pick up your order any time during our business day until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

* Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be available for pickup beginning Monday. The 24-hour pickup window will begin once you receive your pickup notification on Monday.

Pickup Window

* Once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification, your order must be picked up within 24 hours.

* Please do not arrive before receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification, as your order may not be prepared.

* If your order is not picked up within 24 hours, it will no longer qualify for local pickup. The order will be held until the applicable shipping cost has been paid. Once payment is received, the order will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup to ensure all items are included. Once your order has been picked up, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

* We offer store credit or exchanges only.

* If you choose local pickup and need to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and mailing the item back to us. We do not accept in-person returns or exchanges for local pickup orders.

Limitation of Liability

Customers choosing local pickup are responsible for arranging and completing pickup of their order. Two E’s Boutique is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, property damage, delays, or other incidents that may occur while traveling to or from the pickup location or during the pickup process, except as required by applicable law.

Agreement

By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Local Pickup Policy.
