Return & Refund Policy

At Two E’s Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with returns and refunds.

RETURNS

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Items with makeup stains, perfume, smoke odor, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

- Refunds may take more than 15 business days to fully appear depending on your financial institution.

- If you have not seen any your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at shop@twoesboutique.com so we can assist you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Jewelry

- Accessories

- Final sale items

- Discounted or sale items

EXCHANGES

- Exchanges are accepted based on product availability.

- If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

- The item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 25655 Manuel Road Kinder, La 70648.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
